Both Apple and Android chargers are in each Electron. Pull out and use the one that works with your phone.
Does the 1-day rental include multiple uses for the day?
Yes! You can use and return as many Electrons as you need in a 24-hour period.
Does an Electron provide a full charge? How long does it take to charge?
Yes! The Electron will provide a full charge. The time to fully charge will vary by phone depending on data usage, phone type and other factors but on average, it will charge 1% per minute.
Can I rent from one location and return to another?
Yes! You can return the Electron to any open space in a unit. At this time, that is most likely the same unit you rented from; however, once additional units are deployed, there will be more options with free space.
What happens if I damage or lose an Electron?
There is a $60 fee for lost or damaged equipment.
What happens if I forget to return the Electron?
You will receive text reminders to ensure you remember to return it. In the meantime, the fee is $1/day.
