Paul A. Strouts is the Vice President of Campus Services at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Strouts accepted the vice presidency position at the retirement of Rosalind R. Meyers and became actively involved with Campus Services January 2012.
Departments within his management include the Office of Human Resources, Business Services, Stamps Health Services, Georgia Tech Dining, Barnes & Noble @ Georgia Tech, the Department of Housing, Information Technology Group for Auxiliary Services (includes BuzzCard), Parking and Transportation, Post Office, Student Center and Commons and the Technology Square Retail shops. The Division has more than 1,500 contract, full-time and student employees.
Prior to Georgia Tech, Strouts spent 18 years at Florida State University where his career ranged from Assistant Director of Business Services, Director of the Office of Telecommunications, Director of Business Financial/Auxiliary Services, Assistant Vice President for Administration and Associate Vice President for Administration.
Strouts also worked at Indiana University for 11 years in Continuing Education, Community Outreach, Student Union Building Operations, Purchasing and was also the Director of Public Safety, Purchasing and Support Services.

Strouts received both his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University-Purdue University, Fort Wayne, Indiana. He also received a Professional Diploma from the Central Association of College and University Business Officers.
Paul and his wife, Renee, have two grown children and four grandchildren.
